Returns & Exchanges

At BloomChic-AU, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online Return Portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
